This past week I attended the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) World Safety Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. Rebecca and Madison came along and we had a lot of fun. We kept Mayah and Mason back in Ankeny with Grandma and Grandpa Langrehr and they had a lot of fun. I was glad that we could keep them in Iowa. Las Vegas isn't the greatest place in the world for 3 and 5 year olds. We were able to eat at some great resturants such as California Pizza Kitchen, House of Blues, Claim Jumpers, among others. We stayed at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and it was NICE. We did some shopping, swimming, and saw many of the nice hotels in the area (I can't imagine how much money was invested in these hotels). Madison did great on her first trip. It's great to be home.
