Tonight's menu......SWEET CORN! Yep, that's it and it was wonderful. There is nothing better than peaches and cream sweet corn on a beautiful Iowa summer night! The kids eat it like crazy! It's so much fun seeing them help shuck the corn to get it ready to boil! When it's done boiling, add some butter, salt and pepper and you have some yummy eats!!! And maybe to top off the night......ice cream ?!?!?!?!?
